Subscription and plans

A subscription belongs to the selected group. Current prices, available plans and limits appear in the Mini App and may differ from old announcements or screenshots.

Open subscription settings#

Open Settings in your private chat with @defendy_bot, select the group under My groups, then open Subscription.

The screen shows the current plan, expiry, manual /spam check usage and payment history. The free plan requires no payment. Purchasing is only possible when plan sales are enabled; this guide does not mean checkout is already available for your group.

If purchasing is available#

1. Choose a plan and monthly or yearly duration, where offered.
2. Check the group name, features, limits and total in Telegram Stars.
3. Open the purchase or renewal confirmation. Read the terms and privacy policy before agreeing.
4. Continue to the Telegram invoice and confirm only if the details are correct.
5. Wait for activation and check payment history.

This interface uses one-time payments without automatic renewal. Check the current purchase terms for refunds rather than relying on an old message.

If Stars were charged but the plan did not change#

Do not pay again. Tap Check again, confirm the selected group and review payment history. If activation is still missing, use Payment support. Have the date, Stars amount and group ID ready, but do not share passwords, login codes or payment secrets.
